Student Club Handbook

The Student Club Handbook (pdf) has been created for club advisors and student leaders to use as a resource for helping your organization achieve success. This handbook will provide you with information, policies and procedures needed for effective and efficient club operation. It covers areas from event planning and production as well as financial and budgeting information. Clubs who are informed and understand policies and procedures operate more effectively and efficiently. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the contents of this publication to maximize your club membership experience.

Advisor Agreement turn this form in at the beginning of every semester to confirm the club’s advisor.
Civic Engagement Form use this form to propose or report details of Civic Engagement activities & programs.
Constitution Template use this template to develop a club constitution.
Executive Board Roster turn this form in at the beginning of every semester to confirm the club’s officers.
General Funding Request use this form to request funding for general supplies, promotional materials, or any items not related to a program or travel.
MeetUp Request use this form to propose a Meetup (MeetUps are opportunities for students, faculty, and staff with a common interest that get together on a regular basis. They don’t program, travel, or fundraise.
Membership Roster turn this form in at the beginning of every semester to confirm the club’s membership.
Organizational Meeting use this form when you are starting a brand new club.
Program Funding Request turn this form in with the Program Proposal form to request funding for a club program.
Program Proposal turn this form in for approval of a proposed club program.
Transition Plan use this form at the end of the Spring semester to help the club transition successfully to the Fall.
Travel Funding Request turn this form in with the Travel Proposal Form to request funding for a club trip.
Travel Proposal Turn this form in for approval of a proposed club trip.
