Student Activities

Student Clubs

One of your most valuable assets is your time and you already have intense demands placed on it. Attending classes, studying, working or socializing with other students, friends and family all add up to a very full day. Why should you make the choice to get involved in life outside the classroom and in our co-curricular program? Studies have shown that involvement can play an important role in your life's success and can provide opportunities and benefits including:

  • Practical application of classroom or research knowledge.
  • Making a difference and contributing to our local community.
  • Exploring and gaining career related experiences.
  • Developing personal skills such as adapting to new situations, becoming aware of different cultures and gaining an appreciation of the arts.
  • Maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
  • Meeting people and developing friendships.
  • Learning and applying leadership skills.
  • Having fun.

New Clubs at a GlanceTC3 has a number of special interest clubs representing a wide range of interests. They are recognized and funded by the Student Advisory Board through the mandatory activities fee.
