Student Computer Recommendation

The offices of Information Technology and Academic Computer Services recommend purchasing a laptop/notebook computer rather than a desktop. Laptops/notebooks are portable, lightweight, and very convenient to bring to campus. They can be used in the library, some classrooms, in the dorms, and computer labs. It is easy to take them home during breaks, too. The cost has become closer to that of a desktop and the laptop provides much more flexibility. The college provides wireless hot spots for you to use with your computer.
