a 10-week healthy lifestyle/weight loss/physical activity challenge.

Staff members are available to ensure a safe, effective workout for both the novice and the experienced exerciser. Student memberships are included in your activity fee. Community memberships vary in cost. The men's and women's steam rooms in the main buildings locker rooms are now operational.

Any changes in the schedule will be posted at the center. The fitness center will be closed when the college is closed because of snow or emergencies and on school holidays.

Panthers Prowl

Third Annual Panther Prowl 5K Race

The upcoming race will take place on Saturday May 1, 2010 at 8 a.m., starting at parking lot 6 at TC3. Last year's race had 33 runners completing the challenging loop of TC3's scenic campus.
