Student Gym Reservations

Gym/Pool Reservations

Students may reserve the gym/pool in one- or two-hour blocks for activities of interest. E-mail Alfred Okaru, Recreation Coordinator.

Reservation Guidelines

  • Students must complete a reservation form listing all participants and ID numbers. The form must be submitted to the Director of Athletics & Recreation at least 24 hours ahead of the requested day and time.
  • All requests must have an alternate day and time.
  • When conflicts arise regarding popular days and times, groups may be rotated to assure equal access.
