Apartments

Apartments for TC3 students are available throughout the community. A wide variety of apartments, locations, and prices are included on a housing list maintained by the Office of Dean of Student Life. A housing list may be obtained by contacting Office of Dean of Student Life at 607.844.8211, Ext. 4316.

Apartments are available in Dryden near TC3’s main campus. Others are located in Ithaca, Cortland, and surrounding towns and villages. Bus service is available between many of these areas and TC3’s main campus and extension centers.

Off-Campus Housing Department

The off-campus housing department functions as a resource and advisor for both landlords and tenants. Our office can answer questions about the area and provide assistance with the renting process. TC3 is not the agent for either party and therefore is not liable for tenants or landlords actions. All contacts and negotiations take place between the landlord and the tenant.
