The Resident Assistant is the core of the Residence Life program at Tompkins Cortland Community College. Resident Assistants are student staff members who live on each floor of the residence halls. Working closely with a full- time professional Resident Director, Resident Assistants act as a resource and support for residents as well as help build a positive living and learning environment and community experience.
