Welcome Week schedules
TC3 is a strengths-based institution. Begin your own strengths journey with a StrengthsQuest workshop: “Starting Out Strong: StrengthsQuest and Your Success”
Research indicates that investing your efforts in your strengths, rather than your weaknesses, will produce significantly greater results. Find out your strengths using Gallup's StrengthsFinder and learn how to use those strengths for success in academics, career, and your personal life. Become one of the "Best of the Best" by
• building your life around your strengths
• managing your weaknesses, and
• inventing ways to use your strengths in areas where you want to succeed.
All Residence Life students will participate in the program on Tuesday, August 24. Commuter students may participate on Wednesday afternoon or by attending later sessions listed in the New Student Planning Guide Part 3.
