Off Campus Students
The TC3 Library provides extensive services and support to off-campus students. Use the 9-digit number on your TC3 ID card for access to a large variety of databases with millions of online resources including articles from magazines, newspapers, and scholarly journals, as well as videos and ebooks. If we don't have what you're looking for, our Get It! Information Delivery service will obtain the item for you from another library.
We also provide Live Chat Service during library hours and after-hours research assistance is available through the AskUs 24/7 service. You can also contact us at TC3Library@tc3.edu or at 607-844-8222, Ext. 4360.
If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to library databases or accessing your Get It! account see our guide on Using the Library from Off-Campus or contact tc3library@tc3.edu.
Our services for high school students enrolled in our CollegeNow program are described in Library Services for College Now Students. CollegeNow teachers will find additional information in Library Services for CollegeNow Instructors.
Community residents may obtain a Community Borrower card by completing an application and providing proof of identification to library staff. If you are completing the form off-campus, we will contact you to verify your identification. Once your application is approved, your new card will be mailed to you and you will be able to use it to check out items. Community Borrowers are welcome to use the Get It Information Delivery service or come to campus to use the Library’s online resources.
