SUNY Open Access Privileges

Tompkins Cortland Community College is part of the State University of New York, a 64 campus multi-university that is the largest centrally managed system of higher education in the United States. As SUNY enrollees, TC3 students have borrowing privileges at all campus libraries. Our neighboring SUNY libraries are:

• SUNY Cortland Memorial Library
• Flower-Sprecher Library, Cornell University
  School of Veterinary Sciences
• Mann Library, Cornell University
  School of Agricultural and Life Sciences
• Catherwood Library, Cornell University
  School of Industrial and Labor Relations

If you are a Tompkins Cortland Community College student who wishes to use these or any other SUNY library, be sure to bring your SUNY ID card with you. The TC3 library also welcomes all students enrolled at our sister campuses to make use of our collections. Please bring your SUNY Card with you. Students enrolled at Cornell University should bring their valid student ID.

All SUNY students are obliged to comply with the regulations of any library they use. Materials checked out from another SUNY library by a TC3 student can be returned here.
