Articles
There are a number of business resources available on the the library's Electronic Databases page. ProQuest provides access to ABI/INFORM Global consisting of over 1800 worldwide business periodicals for in-depth coverage of advertising, marketing, economics, human resources, finance, taxation, computers. It also provides information on over 60,000 companies with business and executive profiles. ProQuest also provides access to the full-text of the Wall Street Journal from April 23, 1984, to the New York Times from Jan 1, 1999 and to Barron's from January 4, 1988. Also available is New York Times Historical (1851-2000)
Other databases that could be useful include the Business & Company Resource Center with full-text scholarly and popular journal and magazine articles, company profiles, brand information, investment reports, and company information and Stat-USA which provides statistical data on business, international trade, and marketing compiled by U.S. Commerce Department.
