Searchable database of digitized library and archival resources on race relations in Mississippi from the University of Southern Mississippi Libraries.

University of Virginia site provides full-texts for many African-American writers.
- Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance and Abolition
Center at Yale University offers online documents and bibliographies.
- In Motion: The African-American Migration Experience
"Presents more than 16,500 pages of texts, 8,300 illustrations, and more than 60 maps."
- National African American History
National Park Service site provides information on African-American historic sites. You can also view objects, photographs and writings of African Americans.
- Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture
This research branch of the New York Public Library contains digital collections on African-American Women Writers, photography archives and other online exhibitions and collections.
