Community Borrower Application

We welcome community residents to use our services. You can obtain a Community Borrower card by completing this application and providing proof of identification to library staff. If you are completing it off-campus, we will contact you to verify your identification. Once approved, your new card will be mailed to you and you will be able to check out items. You can add money to your card for printing and photocopying in the Baker Commons or to use in the cafeteria or campus vending machines.
