Scheduling Procedures

The hardware listed below should be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the time required in the classroom.

Hardware

• TV/VCR
• Computer
• 16mm film projector
• Slide projector
• Telex slide projector

Equipment which is to be used at the extension centers should be scheduled far enough in advance (usually 3 or 4 days) so that items may be sent on the regular courier schedule and not require extra trips.

Services such as:

• Off-campus classroom videotaping
• Sound systems
• Special events requiring sound systems and/or videotaping should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the event.
• Specific needs should be discussed with Technology Support staff.

Scheduling can be done:

• via e-mail;
• via telephone (we have voice mail) at 607.844.8222, Ext. 4353/4359;
• in person at the Technology Support counter within the Baker Commons (near the second floor east entrance).
