Advice from Fall 2006 Students

The Course Debriefing asks students for their advice to next semester’s MATH200 students. Here you’ll find every one of their replies, in no particular order and completely unedited. (Students complete the Course Debriefing anonymously, allowing them to be as honest as they want.)

You will notice a certain amount of repetition <grin> — that should tell you something.

Take it w/ Prof Marvel!
Do the homework and each section will make sense.
Do all the HW and practice quizzes and tests.
Do all the homework, do the practice problems
The course picks up the pace quickly — don’t get overconfident.
Do your homework, ask questions and do practice quizzes
Do homework!! Work online quizzes.
Do all of the homework and look at the practice quizzes right before class.
