Student-Teacher Relationship John Fisher: Faculty and staff make it a priority to spend time with students and give them a complete educational experience here. Victoria Fernandez: I think teachers are really related to us. I don’t know if they did research on us, but they’re really good with us. They just work along, they even say words in Spanish to make it easier. It’s good. Mauro Arvlo: I think my English teachers had a lot of understanding. They just want me to be the best in what I’m doing. Robin Moss-Hinchcliff: There is a tremendous amount of support. There are people who are really very, very interested in having them succeed in their studies. Aaron Mejia: At TC3 the teachers are culturally aware and that makes it a lot easier within the class because they try to speak your language. They try to adapt their classes to your needs and to your learning habits. Ivanka Marcov: I have better concepts of professor, he can focus on my problems. I can e-mail him and like it’s really in touch with him. I can make appointments, so I really like it. Chris Xaver: Our offices are right in the hallways. The students can come and visit with us and talk to us. So, it really is kind of like a family-like atmosphere here. It’s not that your student is lost in a large class of one hundred and fifty kids. They’re small classes so we really do know and care about each student here at the college.
