Residence Life Vans

Approximately three times each week, the Residence Life van takes TC3 students who live in the residence halls to local shopping areas. The exact days and times for these vans are posted in the residence halls each semester.

Bus Service

TC3 is served by two bus companies, one serving Cortland County to the north and east, one serving Tompkins County to the south and west. For the most up to date information about prices and bus schedules, visit www.tcatbus.com and www.odyssey.net/subcribers/corttrans/.

Taxis

There are several taxi companies serving TC3, but the prices are somewhat high. We suggest using bus service or the college van service.

Rental Cars

Some students choose to rent cars for the semester. In order to rent a car in New York, you must have a valid driver’s license (U.S. or international), and purchase insurance from the rental car company.
