The Global Connections program

The Global Connections program consists of a number of partnerships between Tompkins Cortland Community College and other colleges and universities overseas. Together we have developed agreements that allow international students the opportunity to study in their home institution during the regular academic year and in the United States at TC3 for two semesters, either in the summer (June and July) or during our traditional academic year. Through a combination of transfer credits and study in the United States students may receive complementary degrees from their home university and TC3. All courses at TC3 are taught in English. Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses have successfully served students who need some additional language training before beginning their college studies.
