Nursing Program Application — Personal Statement
In addition to the TC3 admissions application, nursing applicants must also submit the personal statement and return it with your application.
Health Certificate
A complete physical exam by a licensed practitioner is mandatory for all new students entering the nursing program. A PPD (tuberculosis test) current within six months is mandatory. In the event of a positive PPD test, a follow-up chest x-ray is required. Health certificate and complete instructions are provided by the Enrollment Services Center.
Insurance
All students must have malpractice insurance while in the nursing program.
CPR
Students must be CPR/AED certified at the professional rescuer level before entering the nursing program. CPR/AED certification must be kept current while in the program.
