Requirements

• Complete following forms:
• Personal Data Form (FSA-1)
• Autobiographical Essay (FSA-2)
• English Proficiency Report (FSA-3)
• International Student Financial Statement (FSA-4)
• Official transcripts from all schools, colleges. Please provide a certified translation of each transcript into English.
• TOEFL score of 133 (computer-based ) or 450 (paper-based) or 47 (Internet-based). For further information on taking TOEFL, contact www.ets.org.

Students who are offered admission to the college must submit immunization records and the international health form prior to testing and registration.
