Personal Data Form (FSA-1)
Autobiographical Essay (FSA-2)
English Proficiency Report (FSA-3)
International Student Financial Statement (FSA-4)

Official transcripts from all schools, colleges. Please provide a certified translation of each transcript into English.
TOEFL score of 133 (computer-based ) or 450 (paper-based). For further information on taking TOEFL, contact www.ets.org.

Students who are offered admission to the college will be notified of their appointment date for testing and/or registration. The notification will accompany the letter of acceptance.
