Job Description:The Resident Director (RD) is directly responsible for the administration, academic, and social learning environment of the residents in one or more residence halls. The RD is a member of the Student Life group, and reports to the Associate Director of Residence Life. This is a full-time 12-month, live-in position. The RD works with the Resident Assistants and staff to provide a supportive, challenging, and rewarding community environment where students can live and learn. Qualifications:Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel, Counseling, Higher Education Administration or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree and two years professional live-in residential life experience required. Job Description:The office assistant is responsible for screening incoming requests for information, either in person or by telephone, and giving out routine information or directing requests to proper staff members. Other work consists of routine clerical duties. The work is performed under general supervision in accordance with the established policies and procedures for the Facilities Superintendent with some leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment in completing routine tasks, receiving detailed instructions only where policies have not been determined. Does related work as required. Qualifications:Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science or closely related field or graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two years of full-time paid office experience. Job Description:This is a part-time, 10-month position to be filled immediately. The successful candidate will develop and manage a highly-competitive non-scholarship men’s program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management and development of all aspects of the lacrosse program including recruiting, fund-raising, conducting practice sessions and contests and maintaining compliance with all NJCAA Division III regulations. A demonstrated commitment to high academic standards as well as healthy lifestyles for student-athletes is necessary. Qualifications:Associate’s degree required, however a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants must have at least one year of coaching experience at the high school or college level. A valid driver’s license is required for travel. This position has non-standard hours and requires the ability to travel with a substantial time commitment during the spring.
