The Board of Trustees of TOMPKINS CORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5A of New York General Municipal Law, hereby invites sealed Bids for:

TOMPKINS CORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE – ELECTRIC AND NATURAL GAS COMMODITIES

Tabulation of accounts with usage and billing data and Bid Forms may be obtained from James Turner, Director of Facilities at Tompkins Cortland Community College.

Sealed bids will be received at Tompkins Cortland Community College, Purchasing Department, 170 North Street, Dryden, NY 13053-0139 until but not later than 2 p.m., Local Time on January 8, 2018.  Electronic copies of the bids will not be accepted. Bids that are mailed or sent by another carrier must be received by the due date and time or they will not be opened. It is the responsibility of the bidder to allow enough time for the bid to be received by the due date and time.

It is expected that the Board of Trustees will address acceptance of the bids at their January 18, 2018 meeting.

General Information and Bid Forms may be obtained at Tompkins Cortland Community College between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily except Saturday and Sunday from Kevin Caveney in the purchasing department, 607.844.8222, Ext. 4310, kpc@tompkinscortland.edu.
