The courses of study offered at Tompkins Cortland Community College are arranged alphabetically by discipline in this section. The College reserves the right to cancel any course when the enrollment is insufficient to support the course. The right is also reserved not to offer a course if resources become unavailable or if the course has been deleted from any curriculum since the last issuance of the catalog. Courses required in a degree/certificate program are offered at least once every academic year. Other elective courses are generally offered at least once every other academic year unless otherwise noted.
While planning coursework within a specific academic program, students should work with their academic advisor regarding availability of core content courses, and should also review all course section availability including day, evening, online and extension center sections. Students who need a course which is not offered, or which is fully enrolled, should confer with their academic advisor, the appropriate department chairperson, or the Dean of Instruction.
