Online Tutoring

If you are at home or at work and can't make it into the Baker Center, you can access our tutors via the Internet. We tutor online in Math, Writing and Accounting during the regular tutoring hours using chat rooms, discussion boards, white boards and E-mail through a program called ANGEL. If you are interested in online tutoring, you must first register with the Baker Center for Learning.

To register for online tutoring, E-mail the Baker Center and include your student ID number.

We will email you with instructions.

After you've registered, when you want to reach an e-tutor:
(Available only when BCL tutors are in the Center – see ANGEL for hours.)

  • Go the TC3 website: www.tc3.edu
  • Click on MyTC3 (upper right)
  • Click on MyWebCourses
  • Enter your ANGEL user ID (this is the part of your email address before the @sign, followed by -tcc)
  • Enter your password (first time user: slnangel)
  • Click on Online Tutoring in left pane under Community Groups
  • Pick a topic (math, accounting, or writing)
  • Click on Content
  • Click on the appropriate help center
  • Follow instructions, including to Call First.
