Jasmine Fields
An international education
Jasmine Fields knew the education she was getting at Tompkins Cortland Community College would come in handy in the real-world because she put it to the test: in Peru. As part of a partnership with Niagara University, Jasmine learned about international cuisine, and hotel and restaurant management in Peru's Sacred Valley while she was a student at TC3. The work she had done in class came in handy as she hit the ground running at a major international resort. And it's still coming in handy (along with some of that hard-earned Peruvian expertise), because Jasmine transferred to Niagara University to continue her studies.
